The joint association is technically and administratively ruled by a Managing Director of services assisted by three managers in order to ensure the general administration, development, management, communication and partnership development.
Each administration is in charge of different services, either according to the area of expertise, or to the geographical zone, and the territory is divided into 7 areas for the management.
